最近广交会展位号已经陆续出来了,展前邀约工作需要赶紧安排上了!
展前邀约客户
一旦老板敲定展期及展位号,我们就可以安排展前邀约的准备工作:
l 通过邮件、网络推文发出参展的消息以及展会的时间、地点及展位号等信息;
l 做一份参展海报,包括一份展馆平面图,标注你所在的位置,让客户一眼就能看懂并迅速找到你的摊位。
l 展会前一个月
通过邮件、私信等方式邀请客户来参观展位,并告知具体的展位位置和联系方式。
展会前两周
电话联系重点客户,询问他们是否会来展会,顺便了解他们的需求和兴趣
展会前一周
再次确认客户的到访日期和时间,并提供行程安排和交通指引的帮助。
展会期间
在约定好的日期客户没有出现时,及时电话联系客户,并极力邀请他们到展位。
展会结束后
及时跟进客户,并发送感谢信或礼品,并邀请他们访问公司网站或关注社媒平台。
即使只有很少部分客户应约而来,那些没来的客户也会经过接触加深对我们的印象。它不是单纯的产品信息的推广,而是公司实力的一次整体宣传。
